What the portal does

MBOS sends a short survey to the people you choose, collects the answers, pays a small thank-you reward to the people who finish, and reports on the whole thing as it happens. You do not need a research team or a developer to run it.

The five things you set up once

Everything below lives in Settings and only needs doing the first time.

  • Workspace: your company name, logo and colours. The portal and the survey page take on your brand.
  • Provider: the company that actually delivers your messages. Add your account details and mark one as the one to use.
  • Delivery links: copy two web addresses into your provider's account so delivery results and replies come back to us.
  • My team: invite colleagues and give each a role, so people only see what they should.
  • Rewards: load the codes or vouchers you plan to hand out, or connect your reward supplier.

Your first campaign

Open Campaigns, click New campaign, and answer the questions in order. Add at least one group, load the people you want to reach from a spreadsheet, write the invitation message, choose the reward and how many, then press Activate.

The portal checks everything before it lets you go live: valid mobile numbers, enough rewards for the number you promised, and a working provider. If something is short, it tells you exactly what and how many.

While it runs

The dashboard shows messages sent, answers received, rewards handed out and what you have spent. Colours tell the story at a glance: grey means still being set up, blue means live, green means finished, and a health badge flags a campaign that is running slow.

Try it on your own phone

Create a workspace, load one contact, and send yourself a test survey before you send it to anyone else.
