Campaigns and groups
One campaign, many audiences: how to split by income band, city or customer type.

A campaign is one piece of research
Inside it you can have as many groups as you need. A group is one audience: a city, an income band, a store, a customer type. Each group can use the campaign's survey or its own questions, and each can have its own reward value and its own cap on how many rewards go out.
Why groups matter
Because results are reported per group, you can compare audiences side by side without running the campaign five times. Costs, answer rates and rewards are all tracked per group as well as for the campaign as a whole.

Upload a spreadsheet with a name and a mobile number. South African numbers are assumed, so 082 123 4567, 082-123-4567 and +27 82 123 4567 all end up in the same correct format. Anything that cannot be read is listed back to you before you send, never silently dropped.
Closing off
When you finish a campaign it moves to Finished, the setup screens step out of the way and the results view takes over. You can reopen it, or start a new campaign from the same setup, whichever suits.
