Reward managers

Rewards that actually arrive

Loading codes, capping spend, and what happens when supply runs low.

How the cap works

You decide how many people get a reward. The portal hands them out in the order people finish and stops exactly at the number you set, even if hundreds finish in the same second. Answers keep coming in after the rewards run out, which is usually what you want.

Loading supply

Load reward codes one at a time or by spreadsheet. You cannot take a campaign live promising more rewards than you have loaded, and the shortfall is shown on screen with the exact number missing.

If a reward fails

Every reward has a record: promised, sent, delivered or failed, with the provider's own acknowledgement. Failed ones can be sent again with one click, and the system will not double-send if the first attempt actually worked.

Try it on your own phone

Create a workspace, load one contact, and send yourself a test survey before you send it to anyone else.
